Role Purpose:
To overseeing and managing the organization’s procurement process purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management while ensuring transparency and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- procurement of suppliers, evaluation of quotes, and processing of purchase orders.
Locate cost comparison exercises, supplier assessments, and market research.
Oversee procurement personnel, keep an eye on inventory levels, and guarantee accurate documentation.
Keep up ties with suppliers and make sure that delivery and quality requirements are met.
Enforce internal controls, rules, and procedures related to procurement.

Role Purpose:
To ensure operational efficiency and transparency while assisting the procurement manager with daily purchasing, supplier collaboration, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help with identifying suppliers, analyzing quotes, and processing purchase orders.
Keep supplier databases and purchase records up to date.
Make sure the ordered goods are delivered on schedule and are followed up on.

Key Responsibilities:

STORE KEEPER (15 POSITION)
Role Purpose:
accountable for overseeing, arranging, and safeguarding every item and stock in the store, making sure that appropriate inventory is maintained and accurate records of commodities are kept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept, document, and distribute products and materials
Keep accurate inventory and stock records.
Make sure the products are stored safely and are arranged correctly in the store.
Take stock and report on a regular basis.
Before accepting and storing delivered goods, confirm their quality, quantity, and specifications.
Protect store assets from loss, damage, deterioration, and theft.
Upon authorized, distribute products and materials to departments and member societies.
Keep track of every item that is issued into or out of the store.
